TOP: ​Decision on being under continued trading restriction

Following Decision No. 626/QD-SGDHN dated May 19, 2026, HNX announces the following stock will be under continued trading restriction as follows:
- Issuer: Top One Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: TOP
- Type of security: Common stock
- Base for consideration: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2025, Audited Annual Financial Statements 2025;
- Reason: The auditing firm gave a disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statement 2025;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 by the Vietnam Exchange;
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under trading restriction, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 1199/QD-SGDHN dated 03/10/2025.
