TOP: Notice on stock status

On May 19, 2026, HNX announces the status of shares of TOP shares as follows:
- TOP shares are under continued trading restriction following the Decision No. 626/QD-SGDHN dated May 19, 2026 due to the reasons that the auditing firm gave a disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statement 2025 at Points c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 by the Vietnam Exchange.
- TOP shares are under trading suspension following Decision No. 651/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2025 due to the Company did not have any remedy to overcome the reason for trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of Law on Securities according to the provisions at Point e Section 1 Article 35 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.23/QD-HDTV dated April 18, 2025 of the Vietnam Exchange.
