Decision on stock under alert
Following Decision No. 651/QD-SGDHN dated 25/5/2026, HNX announces the stock under alert as follows:
- Issuer: Song Da Consulting JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: SDC
- Effective date: 27/5/2026
- Reason: Contributed charter capital as of March 31, 2026, decreased to below VND30 billion
- Basis for review: Consolidated Financial statements for the first quarter of 2026 of Song Da Consulting JSC
- Applicable regulations: Point a Clause 1, Article 40 of the Regulations issued together with Decision No. 22/QD-HDTV dated 16/3/2026 of the Board of Members of the Vietnam Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the effective date of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause, provide a remedy and disclose information.
