HKB: Decision on being put on alert and Notice on stock status

On May 27, 2026, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 696/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock on alert:
- Issuer: Ha Noi - Kinh Bac Agriculture and Food JSC
- Securities type: Common stock
- Stock code: HKB
- Basis for consideration: The audited financial statements for 2025.
- Reason: The owner’s equity of the registered trading organization do not satisfy the conditions stipulated in Point a, Clause 1, Article 32 of the Law on Securities, as amended and supplemented in Point a, Clause 11, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15.
- Effective date: June 1, 2026.
- Applicable regulation: Point c, Clause 1, Article 33 of the Regulation on Registration and Management of Trading of Unlisted Securities issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 of the Members’ Council of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the shares are placed under alert pursuant to this Decision, Ha Noi - Kinh Bac Agriculture and Food JSC must submit to the Hanoi Stock Exchange a written explanation of the reasons and provide a remediation plan.

Notice on stock status
HNX announces the status of stock code HKB as follow: 
- HKB shares are under alert effective from June 1st, 2026 under Decision No. 696/QD-SGDHN dated May 27, 2026 because the owner’s equity of the registered trading organization do not satisfy the conditions stipulated in Point a, Clause 1, Article 32 of the Law on Securities, as amended and supplemented in Point a, Clause 11, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15. This falls under the case where shares are placed under alert pursuant to Point c, Clause 1, Article 33 of the Regulation on Registration and Management of Trading of Unlisted Securities issued together with Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated March 18, 2026 of the Members’ Council of the Vietnam Exchange;
- HKB shares are put under trading restriction under Decision No. 298/QD-SGDHN dated April 01, 2026 due to the reason that the auditing organization disclaimer of opinion on the financial statements 2025 at Point c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No. 23/QD-HDTV dated 18/3/2026 by Vietnam Exchange.
