BBT: Extraordinary General Meeting

- Meeting Agenda: To present to the General Meeting for consideration and approval of the transfer of 1,203,800 BBT shares, equivalent to 6.14% of the total voting shares of the Company, to SGI Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company without having to conduct a public tender offer as prescribed by prevailing laws. Other issuers within the authority of the General Meeting.
