GEG: BOD resolution dated December 28, 2022

The Board resolution dated December 28, 2022, the Board of Directors of Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company approved the following contents: Approved the increase of the Company’s charter capital from VND 3,219,369,020,000 to VND 3,861,369,020,000, equivalent to 386,136,902 shares due to the share private placement. Approved the amendment of the Company’s charter with new charter capital.
