DCT: Decision on continued UPCoM trading restriction

Following Decision No. 880/TB-SGDHN dated 29/12/2022, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DCT stock as follows:
- Reason for trading restriction: The audit organization submitted the reviewed semi-annual Financial Statements of 2022 but did not overcome other reasons
- Other reasons for trading restriction: The owner’s equity recorded in the reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2022 is negative; The audit organization refused to give an opinion on the Financial Statements of 2021;
- Trading restriction: only be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Points a and c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
