CK8: Decision to put stock code into trading restriction

Following Decision No. 02/QD-SGDHN dated 3/01/2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of CK8 stock as follows:
- Total number of shares restricted from trading: 3,000,000 shares
- Par value of shares restricted from trading: VND 30,000,000,000
- Reason for trading restriction: The owner’s equity recorded in the audited Financial Statement of 2021 is negative
- Trading restriction: only be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable law: Points a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022
- Effective date: 6/01/2023
- Within 15 days from the date that the shares are restricted from trading, the company must send a document to HNX explaining the cause and giving a plan to overcome.
