VSD’s official letter on adjustment to the exercise date of dividend payment – SDT share code
On December 22, 2022, Song Da No 10 Joint Stock Company announced Official Letter No. 13181/VSD-DK.NV issued by the Vietnam Securities Depository on the change in exercise date of 2019 dividend payment in cash as follows:
- Old information: December 29, 2022
- New information: June 28, 2023
- Reason: due to the difficulties in recovering public debts that cannot reach the result as the expectation. At the same time, the Company must ensure enough payment of other debts and asset rights that are due for payment.
