The Board resolution dated December 29, 2022, the Board of Directors of VINGROUP Joint Stock Company approved the additional purchase of preferred shares issued by VinFast Trading and Production Joint Stock Company (VinFast). Accordingly, the Company contributed the additional capital in VinFast with total amount of VND 71,515,874,140,000.
