- Company model: having subsidiaries
- Type of financial statements to be disclosed: consolidated financial statements
III. Reason for change: Participating in capital contribution to the establishment of a company that leads to that company becoming a subsidiary of Phuong Anh International Joint Stock Company
IV. Effective date: 06/10/2022.
