The Board resolution dated December 20, 2022, the BOD of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation approved contents details as follows: Approving to not buy shares of plan stock issuance to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and plan stock issuance to potential investors of BW Industrial Development Joint Stock Company (BW): - Charter capital of BW and ownership rate of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation before increasing capital: Charter capital of BW: VND13,774,784,550 ((Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation contributed 30% of the charter capital or VND4,132,435,370,000). - Charter capital of BW and ownership rate of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation after increasing capital: Charter capital of BW: VND17,826,191,800,000 ((Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation contributed 23.182% of the charter capital or VND4,132,435,370,000).
