Approving to merger Dabaco High - Tech Agriculture company limited into Investment and Development Breed Processing Company Limited. Approving to set up subsidiary: - Name of subsidiary: Dacovet Pharmaceutical and Animal Health Company Limited - Charter capital: VND50,000,000,000 (DABACO Group distributed 100% of Charter capital) - Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh as Director cum legal representative at Dacovet Pharmaceutical and Animal Health Company Limited. Approving to appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Quang as Director cum legal representative at DABACO Oil Company Limited. Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Khac Thao as Director cum legal representative at DABACO Oil Company Limited. Approving to appoint Mr. Le Minh Tuan and Mr. Do Viet Quan as Deputy CEO at DABACO Group as from January 03, 2023.
