LGL: Completing the transfer of shares in Ha long Construction JSC

According to the Board resolution dated May 19, 2022 by the Board of Director regarding the approval for the transfer of all shares in Ha Long Construction Joint Stock Company onwed by Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, on January 03, 2023, the Company completed the transfer, and Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company is no longer an assiciated company of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company.
