OCB: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 148/2022/TB-HĐQT dated 30th December 2022 of Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for exercising the right to stand for election, nominate personnel to elect additional members of the Board of Directors for 2020-2025 term, Vietnam Securities Depository - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for exercising the right to stand for election, nominate personnel to elect additional members of the Board of Directors for 2020-2025 term, record date: 30th December 2022 in accordance with Notice 1511/TB-CNVSD dated 16th December 2022 by VSD's Branch
Reason: the Company changed the record date for exercising the right to stand for election, nominate personnel to elect additional members of the Board of Directors for 2020-2025 term (record date; 16 January 2023).
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
