Lilama 69-1 JSC announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Pham Dinh San has resigned from Chair of the BOD with effect since 05/01/2023
- Mr. Cao Dai has resigned from Deputy Chair of the BOD with effect since 05/01/2023
- Mr. Pham The Kien has resigned from General Manager with effect since 05/01/2023
- Mr. Pham Dinh San has been appointed General Manager cum Deputy Chair of the BOD with effect since 05/01/2023
