TDM: 2023 Annual General Meeting and Advance Payment of 2022 Cash Dividend

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. 2023 Annual General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time:  28th March 2023
- Meeting venue: Office of Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company, no.11B, Ngo Van Tri road, Phu Loi ward, Thu Dau Mot city, Binh Duong province
- Meeting agenda: 
+ Approval of reports by the Board of Directors, CEO on 2022 governance and business results; 2023 activity direction
+ Approval of 2022 financial statements
+ Approval of 2022 report by the Supervisory Board
+ Approval of 2023 profit allocation plan
+ Approval of selecting an auditing company for 2023 financial statements
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting
2. Advance Payment of 2022 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 13%/share (1,300 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 5th May 2023
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the office of Thu Dau Mot Water Joint Stock Company on working days from 5th May 2023. Original ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 9th February 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
