VCG: Transferring shares

On January 09, 2023, the BOD of Vietnam Construction and Import - Export Joint Stock Company (Vinaconex) approved to transfer 6,000,000 shares of Vinaconex Mechanical Electrical Engineering Joint Stock Company. After the transfer completes, Vinaconex will own 5% charter capital, equivalent to 500,000 shares of Vinaconex Mechanical Electrical Engineering Joint Stock Company.
