HDC: Approving the transaction with related party

Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution dated January 10, 2023 regarding the approval of the agreement signing, transaction with Hodedo Investment and Construction JSC (is an associated company of HDC)
