DQC: DQC sets up a limited company

On January 12, 2023, the Board of Directors of Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company (DQC) approved to establish Quasarlum Co., Ltd. (charter capital: VND1,500,000,000), in which DQC owns 100%.
