ABT: Approving the transaction with related parties in 2023

Bentre Aquaproduct Import and Export Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution dated January 13, 2023 regarding the approval of the agreement signing, transaction with related parties in 2023. Accordingly, the agreement value will be less than 20% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
