Phuc Hung Holdings Construction Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution dated January 16, 2023 regarding the approval of the agreement signing, transaction with related parties in 2023. Accordingly, the agreement value will be less than 35% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
