TOW: Notice on maximum foreign ownership rate (50%)

On January 13, 2023, State Securities Commission annouced Official Dispatch No. 29=09/UBCK-PTTT on maximum foreign ownership rate of Tra Noc - O Mon Water Supply Joint Stock company which is 50%, which is full and valid under Degree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 detailing the execution of a number of article of the Law on Securities.
