The Board resolution dated January 16, 2023, the BOD of Baominh Insurance Corporation approved the change in personnel as follows: Approved the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Anh as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from January 16, 2023. Approved the appointment of Mr. Vu Hai Lam as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company from January 16, 2023.
