HAG: BOD resolution dated January 19, 2023

The Board resolution dated January 19, 2023, the Board of Directors of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company approved the registration to buy 650,000 shares in the additional issuance of 5,000,000 shares of BAPI Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (BAPIHAGL), par value of VND10,000/share, total value (at par value) of VND6,500,000,000. Accordingly, after BAPI Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company completes the additional issuance and the charter capital increase, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company will own 3,400,000 shares, accounting for 34% charter capital in BAPIHAGL and BAPIHAGL will no longer be a subsidiary of HAG.
