The Board resolution dated January 30, 2023, the BOD of An Phat Holdings Joint Stock Company approved to transfer of shares of PBAT An Phat Joint Stock Company with details as follows: - Owning volume of APH in PBAT before trading: 8,400,000 shares, accounting for 28.38% charter capital of PBAT - Transfer volume: 8,400,000 shares - Trading form: + To transfer 5,300,000 shares, accounting for 17.91% charter capital of PBAT to An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company. + To transfer 3,100,000 shares, accounting for 10.47% charter capital of PBAT to Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company. - Expected owning volume of APH in PBAT after trading: 0 share, accounting for 0% charter capital of PBAT.
