PXI: Decision to amend and supplement the first-instance judgment on a construction contract dispute

On January 30, 2023, Petroleum Industrial And Civil Construction Joint Stock Company received Decision No. 160/2022/QD-SCBSBA dated December 8, 2022 of the People's Court of District 3, Ho Chi Minh City on the amending and supplementing the first-instance judgment and the first-instance judgment No. 36/2022/KDTM-ST dated October 24, 2022 on construction contract dispute.
