On 03/1/2023, Educational Book JSC in Ho Chi Minh City received decision on administrative sanctions on tax No. 4180/QD-TC dated 19/12/2022 of Ho Chi Minh Tax Department. Accordingly, the total arrears of administrative tax as follows:

• The total arrears of income tax and value-added tax (VAT): VND 618,882,503
• Late payment of income tax and VAT: VND 273,022,614
• The amount of the administrative fine: VND 123,776,501
