PLX: Plan for divestment in PG Bank

The Board resolution dated February 02, 2023, the BOD of Viet Nam National Petroleum Group approved the plan to withdraw capital in PG Bank. Accordingly, the Company will implement the public auction form via the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
