The Board of Directors of Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the 2022 dividend in cash: - Record date: February 17, 2023 - Payment date: February 27, 2023 - Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share) - Place procedure of payment: -Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited. -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company as from February 27, 2023. Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
