Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company (VPI) announces the record date for the first cash dividend payment for 2022 as follows: - Record date: February 17, 2023 - Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (1,000 dongs/share) - Payment date: February 27, 2023 - Place of implementation: + For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities companies where shareholders opened securities depository account. + For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company head office on working days.
