NBB: BOD resolution dated February 08, 2023

The Board resolution dated February 08, 2023, the BOD of 577 Investment Corporation approved the following contents: Agree to the public tender offer for 500,000 shares of NBB by CII Engineering and Construction JSC (CEE) to increase the ownership ratio of CEE and related parties to 45.43% of NBB’s current charter capital. Propose CII Engineering and Construction JSC to make the public tender offer and other shareholders to sell shares in accordance with the law.
