Details are as follows: The current maximum foreign ownership ratio in BAF according to regulations from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) dated October 11, 2021 is 50%. The foreign investors ownership ratio that needs to be blocked to ensure compliance with the maximum foreign ownership ratio is 10,8696 %.
