MSN: Approval of facility agreement and guarantee agreement

On February 08, 2023, the BOD of MaSan Group Corporation approved the signing of Facility Agreement and Guarantee Agreement as follows: - Signed facility agreement with BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse AG- Singapore branch, Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited, The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited – Singapore branch, United Overseas Bank Limited and other partners (if any). Accordingly, the initial loan value is up to USD 83,000,000 and the loan can be increased by a maximum of USD 225,000,000. - Signed agreement with BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse AG- Singapore branch, Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited, The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited – Singapore branch, United Overseas Bank Limited and other partners (if any) to guarantee loan for The Sherpa (is a member company of MSN). Accordingly, The Sherpa is borrowed with the initial value to USD 292.000.000 and the loan can be increased by a maximum of USD 50,000,000.
