VKC: ​VKC stock at risk of delisting

On February 10, 2022, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces that VKC Holdings Joint Stock Company is at risk of delisting under Point e Section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020. Accordingly, VKC Holdings JSC’s accumulated loss in the Financial Statements Q4/2022 is VND215,213,230,414, well exceeding the Company’s paid-up charter capital of VND200,000,000,000 as of December 31, 2022.
