L35: Shares of LILAMA Erection Mechanical JSC could be delisted

On February 10, 2022, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces that LILAMA Erection Mechanical JSC is at risk of delisting under Point e Section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020. Accordingly, LILAMA Erection Mechanical JSC’s accumulated loss in the Financial Statements Q4/2022 was VND 8,712,219,607. Moreover, its profit after tax were VND – 9,683,391,532 and VND – 6,626,093,117 in 2020 and 2021 respectively. If the company's profit after tax in 2022 in audited financial statement is negative, shares of LILAMA Erection Mechanical JSC could be delisted.
