KVC: Shares of Kim Vi Inox Import Export Production Joint Stock Company could be delisted

On February 10, 2022, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces that Kim Vi Inox Import Export Production Joint Stock Companyis at risk of delisting under Point e Section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020. Accordingly, Kim Vi Inox Import Export Production Joint Stock Company’s accumulated loss in the Financial Statements Q4/2022 was VND 12,021,344,848,166,332,770. Moreover, its profit after tax were VND – 40,629,539,455 and VND – 33,068,262,587 in 2020 and 2021 respectively. If the company's profit after tax in 2022 in audited financial statement is negative, shares of Kim Vi Inox Import Export Production Joint Stock Company could be delisted.
