LM7: Shares of Lilama 7 JSC could be delisted

On February 10, 2022, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces that Lilama 7 JSC is at risk of delisting under Point e Section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020. Accordingly, Lilama 7 JSC’s accumulated loss was VND 55,732,929,507, as well exceeding the Company’s paid-up charter capital of VND 50,000,000,000 as of December 31, 2022. Its loss in the Financial Statements Q4/2022 was VND 20,166,332,770. Moreover, its profit after tax were VND – 5,543,886,438 and VND – 15,479,306,331 in 2020 and 2021 respectively. If the company's profit after tax in 2022 in audited financial statement is negative, shares of Lilama 7 JSC could be delisted.
