Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: 20th April 2023
- Meeting venue: CIC39 CORPORATION, 45A Nguyen Van Tiet, Lai Thieu Ward, Thuan An Town, Binh Duong District.
- Meeting agenda:
+ 2022 audited consolidated financial statements
+ Report on 2022 corporate governance
+ 2022 annual report
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2022 activities, 2023 directions and business plan
+ 2022 report by independent members of the BOD in the Internal Audit Committee
+ Proposal by the BOD on 2022 profit distribution, earnings reserved for fund establishment, remuneration and dividend payment and 2023 plan
+ Proposal by the BOD on selecting an independent auditing company to review and audit 2023 financial statements
+ Proposal by the BOD for removing some business lines related to maximum foreign ownership ratio registration
+ Proposal by the BOD on revising the Charter for the 14th time due to removing some business lines
+ Other issues in accordance with the Charter within the authority of the general meeting and specified in the invitation letter.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 16th March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
