RCC: SSC’s official dispatch on results of public offering

On February 15, 2023, the State Securities Commission announced Official Dispatch No. 626/UBCK-QLCB on reporting the public offering results, as follows:
The State Securities Commission (SSC) received the Document reporting the results of the public offering of Railway Construction Corporation Joint Stock Company (Security Code: RCC at Upcom). According to the Report No. 57/2023/RCC-BC dated February 03, 2023, the number of issued shares by the Company is 60,385 shares.
Railway Construction Corporation Joint Stock Company is requested to contact the Vietnam Securities Depository and the Stock Exchange to complete the procedures on depository registration or additional trading registration as prescribed.
