SSN: Decision on being put under trading suspension

Following Decision No. 62/QD-SGDHN dated 15/02/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading suspension as follow:
- Issuer: Saigon Seaproducts Import Export Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: SSN
- Reason: The Company receives the Court's decision to open bankruptcy procedures in accordance with the law on corporate bankruptcy.
- Effective date: 20/02/2023
- Applicable laws: Point d Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
