On February 14, 2023, Vietnam Export Import Commercial Joint Stock Bank announces the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders with details as follows: - 1. Approved the resignation for the term VII (2020-2025) of: Ms. Le Hong Anh – member of BOD Mr. Dao Phong Truc Dai – Independent member of BOD Mr. Trinh Bao Quoc – member of Supervisory Board. - 2. Approved the amendment, supplement of Eximbank’s charter. - 3. Approved the report on the investment plan for the property at 242 Binh Thoi, ward 10, district 11, Hochiminh city. - 4. Approved the selection of the auditor for the audited financial statements in 2023 KPMG Vietnam Limited Ernst Young Viet Nam Limited Price Waterhouse Coopers Viet Nam Limited Deloitte Viet Nam Limited. - 5.
