HU1: BOD resolution dated February 09,2023

The Board resolution dated February 09, 2023, the BOD of HUD1 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the capital contribution to establish Phu Yen Housing and Urban Development Company Limited for the Western Urban Zone project in Phu Yen province and appointed Mr. Duong Tat Khiem to be the representative for managing the total contributed capital in Phu Yen Housing and Urban Development Company Limited.
