CTA: Decision on being put under trading suspension

Following Decision No. 52/QD-SGDHN dated 13/02/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading suspension as follow:
- Issuer: Vinavico JSC
- Stock code: CTA
- Base of review: Point d Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Reason: The Company is subject to mandatory delisting out of severe violations on information disclosure obligations under Decision No. 763/QD-SGDHN dated 15/11/2019 by the Ha Noi Stock Exchange
- Effective date: 28/02/2023
- Applicable laws: Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading Management of Unlisted companies.
