HVG: Decision on being put under trading suspension

Following Decision No. 50/QD-SGDHN dated 13/02/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading suspension as follow:
- Issuer: Hung Vuong Corporation
- Stock code: HVG
- Reason: The Company is subject to mandatory delisting out of severe violations on information disclosure obligations under Decision No. 411/QD-SGDHCM dated 29/07/2020 by the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange
- Effective date: 28/02/2023
- Applicable laws: Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading Management of Unlisted companies
