NDF: Decision on being put under trading suspension

Following Decision No. 48/QD-SGDHN dated 13/02/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading suspension as follow:
- Issuer: Nam Dinh Export Foodstuff And Agricultural Products Processing JSC
- Stock code: NDF
- Reason: The Company is subject to mandatory delisting out of severe violations on information disclosure obligations under Decision No. 686/QD-SGDHN dated 11/10/2019 by the Ha Noi Stock Exchange
- Effective date: 28/02/2023
- Applicable laws: Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading Management of Unlisted companies.
