YEG: Receiving the transfer of shares

On February 13, 2023, the BOD of Yeah1 Group Corporation approved the following contents: Received the transfer of shares from Yeah 1 Edigital Joint Stock Company with 3,937,500 shares, equivalent to the transfer value of VND128,756,250,000. Received the transfer of shares from Netlink Viet Nam Company Limited with 63,000 shares, equivalent to the transfer value of VND 103,005,000,000.
