TOP: Decision on being put on alert

Following Decision No. 43/QD-SGDHN dated 13/02/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put on alert as follow:
- Issuer: Top One JSC
- Stock code: TOP
- Base of review: Point d Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Reason: The Company failed to convene the Annual General Meeting 2022 within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year under Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises 
- Effective date: 17/02/2023
- Applicable laws: Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading Management of Unlisted companies.
