TS4: Decision on being put under trading suspension

Following Decision No. 46/QD-SGDHN dated 13/02/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading suspension as follow:
- Issuer: Seafood Joint Stock Company No 4
- Stock code: TS4
- Base of review: Point d Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Reason: The Company is subject to mandatory delisting out of severe violations on information disclosure obligations under Decision No. 467/QD-SGDHN dated 31/8/2021 by the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange
- Effective date: 28/02/2023
- Applicable laws: Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading Management of Unlisted companies.
