CTF: Approving the transaction with related parties in 2023

City Auto Corporation issued the Board resolution dated February 15, 2023 regarding the approval of the agreement signing, transaction with related parties. Accordingly, the agreement value will be less than 35% the company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
